Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience in the UAE.
- Experience in UAE staff visa processing.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour and immigration procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and professional conduct.

Role Description
- The Office Administrator is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, organizing files, and coordinating schedules and appointments.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, support report preparation, and assist with internal and external communications.
- Greet and support visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide administrative support to management and care teams.
- Help maintain compliance with internal policies and local regulations through accurate documentation.
