Requirements
- Emirati National
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage

Job Profile
- We are seeking a professional and personable Office Administrator (Emirati) to join our team on a full time basis.
- This role is ideal in delivering efficient operations and providing high quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organize daily office activities.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth communication and operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents as required.
- Support HR and PRO related tasks, including documentation, onboarding coordination, and liaising with government entities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information at all times.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Qualifications
- Emirati Nationals.
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: from 8:00 am to 5pm
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous Administrative experience is preferred but not required.
