Responsibilities
- Manage off plan property inquiries and conduct professional project presentations
- Promote new developments, exclusive launches, and early stage investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a portfolio of investors, buyers, and high intent clients
- Provide expert advisory on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
- Guide clients through reservation, SPA signing, and handover processes
- Conduct virtual tours, community briefings, and investment consultations
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in off plan real estate sales, investment advisory, or high value client facing roles
- Strong understanding of off plan project structures, payment plans, and investment metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English

About the Role

- We are seeking a driven, analytical, and investment focused Off Plan Real Estate Sales Expert to guide buyers and investors through Abu Dhabi’s most attractive new development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage off plan property inquiries and conduct professional project presentations
- Promote new developments, exclusive launches, and early stage investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a portfolio of investors, buyers, and high intent clients
- Provide expert advisory on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends

- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and investment expertise
Requirements
- Proven experience in off plan real estate sales, investment advisory, or high value client facing roles
- Strong understanding of off plan project structures, payment plans, and investment metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Ability to build trust with investors and long term clients
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off plan market is preferred
