Job Objective
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer – Techno-Functional & Integration who can manage both the technical development and functional aspects of Odoo ERP.
The candidate will be responsible for customization, module development, business process automation, system integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing Odoo support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure Odoo modules and workflows according to business requirements.
- Develop custom modules, reports, dashboards, forms, workflows, and automated processes.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using REST APIs, web services, XML/JSON, and other integration methods.
- Manage data migration, synchronization, and integration between Odoo and external systems.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Inventory, and other departments to understand requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo technical and functional issues.
- Perform testing, debugging, UAT support, and system enhancements.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation.
- Support Odoo upgrades, version migrations, and performance optimization.
- Provide user training and technical support when required.
