Job Overview
Grams Restrand is looking for a Barista with 1-2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or specialty coffee shop.
The role involves preparing coffee beverages, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee beverages
- Maintain commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer requests professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and work area
- Work efficiently during busy periods and handle multiple orders
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages
- Experience operating and maintaining commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders
- Knowledge of coffee beans, grinding, extraction, and basic brewing methods
- Ability to prepare hot and cold beverages such as espresso, Americano, latte, cappuccino, mocha, and iced coffee
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
