Odoo Developer

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using the Odoo ORM and framework.
• Customize Odoo views, workflows, reports, and business logic using Python, XML, and QWeb .
• Develop and enhance Odoo POS, Inventory, Sales/CRM, Purchase, MRP, and Accounting functionalities.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues in Odoo.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party systems with Odoo.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Work closely with functional, product, and business teams during implementation.
• Participate in Odoo version upgrades, migration, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Optimize application performance and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide support for deployed solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Odoo Development .
• Strong programming skills in Python .
• Strong understanding of the Odoo ORM and framework .
• Hands-on experience with XML, QWeb, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL .
• Experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
