Strong administrative and computer skills are essential, as a significant portion of the role involves data management, documentation, health surveillance coordination, reporting and case administration.
Working within a high-risk industrial environment, no two days are the same. The successful candidate will also possess strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills, with the ability to confidently respond to a broad range of employee presentations ranging from minor illnesses and injuries through to more complex or urgent situations requiring escalation and coordination of care.
