About the Role
Kering is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented O2C Intern to join the Shared Services Finance Team in Dubai. The intern will support customer receivables management, reconciliation, and process optimization.

- Assist in clearing open receivables and following up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile incoming funds and update customer accounts accordingly
- Support the team with manual petty cash bookings and related documentation
- Contribute to improving team productivity through process support and optimization
- Maintain internal trackers and regularly update key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 1 2 years’ experience with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Interest in finance operations and the luxury retail industry

About the Role

What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or 1 2 years’ experience with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Interest in finance operations and the luxury retail industry.
