About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic follow up consultation
- Monitor vital signs during home care: blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oximeter
- Monitor blood glucose levels and provide teaching and support
- Prepare and administer medications as per physician order
- Provide education and counselling consistent with treatment type
- Perform wound assessment and dressing changes
- Report adverse events and follow country rules and regulations
- Carry out home visits for patient care as required
Requirements
- BS Degree in Nursing required
- At least 2 years working experience in a healthcare setting
- Must provide evidence of local health authority license or eligibility letter
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
- Must be certified in CPR and/or First Aid course certificate
- Must provide Good Standing Certificate not older than 6 months
- Flexibility in ability to travel and working hours

Position Purpose
- The Home Health Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care in the community setting to assist patients with chronic disease.
- Responsible for provision and management of effective nursing care to individuals/families in the community or in Patient Support Programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Telephonic follow up consultation.
- Monitoring of vital signs during home care.
- Monitoring of blood glucose levels, providing teaching and support.
- Preparing medications as per physician order.
- Administrating medications and instruction on medication.
- Pain management medication monitoring and support.
- Education and counselling.
- Wound assessment and dressing changes.
- Providing general nursing care.
- Monitoring pain control.
- Cardiac assessments.
- Reporting adverse events and product complaints.
Organizational Responsibilities
- Reflecting Axios Vision, Mission and Core Values.
- Acting in accordance with legislation and company policies.
- Assisting Program Managers in managing Patient Support Programs.
- Working closely with Axios staff to implement required services.
- Carrying out home visits for patient care.
- Preparing timely monitoring reports and quality assurance reports.
Educational Background and Experience
- BS Degree in Nursing required.
- At least 2 years working experience in a healthcare setting.
- Must provide evidence of local health authority license or eligibility letter.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Demonstrate clinical nursing knowledge and experience in direct patient care.
Job Circumstances
- Position based in Makkah/Jeddah region with frequent travel.
- Flexibility in travel and working hours essential.
- Must be certified in CPR and/or First Aid course certificate.
- Must provide Good Standing Certificate not older than 6 months.
