Experience in NICUs, SNCUs, or newborn care units

Don’t worry if you do not fit perfectly into one track. If you have the right heart and are willing to learn, we will help you grow.

You may not have the longest CV. What you carry is harder to find:

A nurse or midwife with at least 2–3 years of clinical experience. If your experience is in a different area but your heart is in this work, we want to hear from you.

Deep integrity — you do the right thing even when no one is watching.

Real empathy. You see the mother, not just the patient. You see the nurse, not just the task.

Service before self. You do not need the title or the credit. You need the work to be done well.

Humility to learn from everyone — senior doctors, field workers, mothers — and courage to teach without arrogance.

Comfort with solving problems in difficult settings. You will not wait for perfect conditions to give excellent care.

Willingness to travel and move between facilities as needed.
