About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background and 1–3 years of exp.

Responsibilities
- Monitor network, server, and application performance using monitoring tools.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents affecting IT infrastructure and services.
- Perform first level and second level support for network and system related issues.
- Escalate critical incidents to appropriate technical teams and vendors when necessary.
- Respond to alerts, outages, and service disruptions in accordance with defined SLAs.
- Maintain incident tickets and provide accurate updates throughout the resolution process.
- Execute routine operational tasks, health checks, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor backups, system logs, and security alerts to ensure operational continuity.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and post incident reviews.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and documentation standards.
- Support change management activities and planned maintenance windows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in NOC, IT Operations, Network Support, System Administration, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing/switching concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, ManageEngine, or similar.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and service operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in NOC, IT Operations, Network Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing/switching concepts.

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization technologies is an advantage.
