Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor network systems, infrastructure, and applications to detect anomalies and service interruptions.
  • Respond promptly to system alerts and troubleshoot incidents to maintain service availability.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams or external vendors when required.
  • Ensure compliance with incident response and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct routine system and network health checks to ensure stable operations.
  • Identify recurring issues and analyze trends to recommend preventive actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NOC operational efficiency and service reliability.
  • Accurately document incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports to the Network Manager or relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper escalation records and ensure timely communication during incidents.
  • Support and execute additional tasks and projects assigned by management within the required timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), IT Operations, or related technical support roles.
  • Good understanding of network monitoring and alert management processes.
  • Familiarity with incident management and escalation procedures.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting tools for identifying network anomalies.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure and network operations concepts.
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent.
