Overview
- Proactively identify all required NOCs from relevant authorities (e.g., municipality, utility providers, civil defense, telecom, etc.) based on project scope and timelines.
- Prepare and compile all necessary documents, drawings, and supporting materials required for NOC submissions.
- Ensure all submissions comply with authority regulations and project requirements.
- Submit NOC applications through appropriate channels (online portals or manual submission as applicable).
- Conduct daily follow-up with authorities to track application status and ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain a detailed log/record of all NOC submissions, approvals, and expiry dates.
- Ensure timely renewal of all NOCs before expiry to avoid project delays or penalties.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, planning, MEP, and site teams) for required inputs and clarifications.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities to resolve any comments or issues raised during the approval process.
- Always ensure strict adherence to authority regulations and submission guidelines.
- Take full responsibility for any delays, lapses, or non-compliance related to NOC submissions and renewals.
