Role Overview
KRONES Middle East Africa is seeking an NM Sales Support Manager for its regional business.
The role is based in the Cairo, Egypt market and reports to the NM Sales Manager - Egypt.
The position supports sales growth, customer relationships, market development, and regional commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and implement actions to address deviations from planned targets.
- Coordinate marketing and follow-up sales activities with the Head of Sales.
- Set project priorities and organize regular customer-site visits.
- Initiate orders, keep clients informed of order status, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Monitor customer payments and liaise with after-sales on customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain CRM appointments, opportunities, potentials, tasks, and client information.
- Scan markets to create new opportunities and build relationships with partners and customers.
- Prepare detailed and budget-conscious offers based on customer requirements and project objectives.
- Conduct regular virtual and in-person customer meetings and engage during exhibitions.
- Negotiate contracts, legal terms, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
