Role Overview
Krones Middle East Africa is seeking an NM Sales Support Manager for its regional team based in Dubai, UAE.
The role supports regional sales operations and customer and partner relationships across the Middle East and Africa.
The company supplies technology and solutions for beverage, food, and essential-goods production.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and address deviations from planned targets.
- Coordinate marketing and follow-up sales activities with the Head of Sales.
- Set project priorities and organize customer-site visits.
- Initiate orders, communicate order status, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, competitor products, and industry dynamics.
- Monitor customer payments and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Liaise with after-sales regarding customer queries.
- Maintain transparent CRM records for appointments, opportunities, tasks, clients, and lost projects.
- Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with partners and prospective customers.
- Prepare detailed offers aligned with customer requirements and project objectives.
- Conduct meetings and exhibitions, update the sales pipeline, and prepare weekly reports.
- Develop technical knowledge of Krones solutions, including specifications and features.
