Role overview
The NLP & LLM Engineering Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Al Nahdah with some work-from-home flexibility.
The role develops language models and NLP pipelines for ownership, finance, and digital asset solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models and NLP pipelines.
- Develop and optimize model architectures and create data preprocessing and annotation workflows.
- Run experiments to improve model accuracy and latency.
- Integrate models into production systems and APIs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to build AI features.
- Ensure system reliability and scalability and monitor model performance and safety.
- Document technical designs, contribute to LLM research and prototyping, and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
