We are looking for a dedicated Public Areas Attendant to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout THE NICI Bournemouth.

You will play an important role in ensuring our hotel looks its best throughout the day, from our reception and guest lounges to corridors, staircases, public toilets, and other shared spaces.

The role may involve early morning starts, ensuring our public areas are clean, fresh, and ready for our guests from the beginning of each day.

• Clean and maintain hotel reception areas, lounges, corridors, staircases, lifts, guest toilets, and other public areas.
• Ensure all public areas are presented to luxury hospitality standards.
• Carry out regular checks throughout the day to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, polish, and complete other cleaning duties as required.
• Replenish towels, amenities, and guest supplies.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and storage areas are kept clean and organised.
• Report maintenance issues or damage promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Support the wider Housekeeping team when required.
• Provide a friendly and professional presence around the hotel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working to a high standard in a busy hotel environment.
• Flexible and willing to work early starts where required.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.
