We're looking for a confident and experienced Front Office Assistant Manager to become an important part of our guest-facing team.

Working alongside the Reception Manager, you'll help oversee the daily running of Front Office, supporting the team to deliver a warm, efficient and professional service from the moment guests arrive through to departure.

You'll be a visible presence within the department, leading by example, supporting your colleagues and stepping up to manage the operation when required.

• Assist with the overall running of the Front Office department.
• Support and supervise the reception team throughout each shift.
• Make sure arrivals, departures and guest requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.
• Deal confidently with guest concerns and find appropriate solutions.
• Support the induction, training and ongoing development of reception colleagues.
• Help maintain high standards across the department and address issues as they arise.
• Assist with rotas and daily staffing requirements.
• Keep communication strong between Reception and other hotel departments.
• Ensure procedures relating to health and safety, company policies and hotel standards are followed.
• Take responsibility for the Front Office operation in the Reception Manager's absence.
• Help identify ways to improve the guest journey and day-to-day efficiency of the department.

You'll already have experience working within a hotel Front Office environment and be ready to take on a greater level of responsibility.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous supervisory or management experience within hotel reception or Front Office.
