Graduate Program Overview

Program Assignments

• Participants will complete up to 10 functional assignments lasting three months each.
• Foundational assignments cover operations, pricing, and commercial functions.
• Specialization assignments may include digital, FCL procurement, chartering and vessel operations, controlling and finance, ocean freight, hub operations, and health, safety and environment.
• Participants may contribute to customer engagements and attend leading industry conferences.

What We Look For

• A relevant degree in business, international business, supply chain, logistics, or engineering is preferred, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Two years of relevant work experience or a military background may provide an alternative qualification path.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are required; an additional language is beneficial.
• Candidates should demonstrate teamwork, leadership, adaptability, curiosity, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
• Full mobility and willingness to travel and stay in foreign countries during multiple placements abroad are required.
