Next Think Engineer

This role is focused on Digital Employee Experience (DEX) engineering using Nexthink to proactively monitor endpoints, identify user experience issues, automate remediation, and improve overall workplace technology performance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of endpoint engineering, automation, scripting, and IT operations experience.

1. Nexthink Administration & Engineering

  • Nexthink platform administration
  • Campaigns, dashboards, investigations, and analytics

• Remote Actions (RAs) And Act Engine

  • Digital Experience monitoring
  • Proactive issue detection and remediation

2. PowerShell Scripting

  • Advanced PowerShell automation
  • Endpoint remediation scripts
  • Windows administration automation
  • API integrations

3. Windows Endpoint Engineering

  • Windows 10/11 administration
  • Endpoint troubleshooting
  • OS performance optimization
  • Software deployment and patching

4. Automation & Self-Healing Solutions

  • Automated remediation workflows
  • Self-healing endpoint solutions
  • Workflow orchestration
  • Process automation

5. API Integration

  • REST APIs
  • Automation integrations
  • Third-party tool connectivity

6. Endpoint Management Tools

  • MECM/SCCM
