New Store & Restaurant IT /Electrical / Low Voltage Services Lead

Requirements

• · Experience leading IT, low voltage, electrical coordination, or commercial technology installation projects.
• · Experience managing vendors, contractors, project schedules, and scopes of work.
• · Experience with new store, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or commercial openings preferred.
• · Knowledge of networking equipment, POS systems, data cabling, wireless systems, cameras, and related technology.
• · Ability to read floor plans, cabling layouts, and construction documents.
• · Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• · Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, timelines, and priorities.
• · Comfortable working in active construction environments.
• · Valid driver’s license required.
• · Must be able to travel as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office, retail, restaurant, and construction environments.
• Ability to walk through active construction sites and navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and work areas.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and inspect equipment and installations as needed.
• Ability to use a computer, phone, and other technology for extended periods.
• Ability to travel to project locations as required.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or extended hours based on project needs.
