- Utilize advanced imaging techniques such as MRI and CT scans to identify abnormalities in the central nervous system
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and referrals
- Perform and interpret electroencephalograms (EEGs) and other diagnostic tests
- Educate patients and their families about neurological disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in neurology
- Manage chronic neurological conditions like epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis through ongoing patient monitoring
- Participate in clinical research to contribute to advancements in neurological treatments
- Lead community outreach programs to raise awareness about neurological health
Requirements
- Medical degree and specialization in neurology
- Experience in conducting detailed neurological examinations and developing accurate diagnoses
- Proficiency in interpreting MRI, CT scans, and EEGs
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Experience in managing chronic neurological conditions such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis
