Network Operations Duty Manager

To be successful in this position, you will have:

Previous experience within airline operations, network operations or a comparable logistics environment.

Demonstrated experience leading employees in a fast-paced, operationally dependent environment.

A sound understanding of aviation regulations and operational requirements, including flight and duty time limitations and fatigue risk management.

Strong situational awareness and the ability to make sound decisions with limited information.

Excellent problem-solving, prioritisation and organisational skills.

The ability to remain calm and effective when managing disruptions and competing operational priorities.

Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple operational departments.

Competency in Microsoft Office and the ability to confidently use operational systems.

The ability to obtain and retain an Aviation Security Identification Card.

A Radio Operator Certificate and Dangerous Goods Certificate, or the ability to obtain them.

A relevant tertiary qualification and experience developing or delivering workplace training will be highly regarded.
