Job Overview
Trace Systems is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support the USMTM CITS contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role maintains secure, resilient, and highly available network services across classified and unclassified environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure supporting NIPRNet, SIPRNet, voice, video, and mission-partner services.
- Administer Government-approved routers, switches, access-control systems, network appliances, and associated software.
- Configure VLANs, trunks, spanning tree, routing, access ports, port security, segmentation, and Quality of Service.
- Monitor availability, utilization, performance, and events using approved network management tools.
- Perform fault isolation, root-cause analysis, outage response, restoration, and escalation to higher-level organizations and vendors.
- Maintain software and firmware versions, configuration backups, version control, audit trails, and protected configuration data.
- Implement approved changes through Configuration Control Board and change-management processes.
- Support network extensions, office reconfigurations, infrastructure expansion, technology refreshes, and enterprise upgrades.
- Develop implementation schedules, test plans, rollback procedures, resource estimates, and risk assessments for network changes.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, access, and application-connectivity issues.
