Basic Qualifications (Focus on C#/.NET Leadership)
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience with C# and the .NET framework (ideally .NET Core/6+) for building enterprise-grade, database-driven web applications.
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in a Lead or Senior role , mentoring a team and driving technical design.
- Proven experience using Relational Databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) , writing complex SQL, and proficiency with Object Relational Mapping (ORM) tools like Entity Framework Core.
- Demonstrate mastery in: C# and ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC). Designing and securing RESTful Web Services . Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and software design patterns. Front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with strong familiarity with modern frameworks ( Vue, React, or Angular ). Source version control using Git and continuous integration/delivery practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Java, or Python for integration or architectural awareness in a multi-stack environment.
- Experience in Azure or AWS cloud-native development and services.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies ( Docker, Kubernetes ).
- Working knowledge of clinical trial processes, medical informatics, or other highly regulated environments.
- Postgres-specific or advanced SQL Server tuning/database administration knowledge
