Role overview
The role is a Release Coordinator - Senior Engineer position at Iris Software in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
The position coordinates release governance and production and non-production deployment activities.
Roles and responsibilities
- Maintain release governance artefacts and manage release checklists.
- Manage and maintain Confluence pages and SharePoint repositories.
- Coordinate production and non-production release activities.
- Track SIT and UAT deployment activities, testing handover readiness, and fallback testing status.
- Support production and non-production change requests.
- Assist the lead project manager with pre-implementation checklists and track items to closure.
- Collaborate with project managers, STOs, business analysts, development, QA, and performance teams.
Mandatory competencies
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of SDLC and release management processes.
- Have knowledge of risk management.
- A technical or development background is an asset.
Working hours
- Maintain availability aligned with North American or onshore business hours.
