Role Overview
Iris Software is hiring a Java FullStack React Lead for enterprise application engineering and modernization.
The role focuses on scalable, secure, and maintainable applications across financial services, healthcare, transportation, logistics, and professional services.
The stated experience requirement is 9–10 years, with locations listed as Noida, Gurugram, and Pune.
Mandatory Skills
- Java 8 or later, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and concurrency.
- React with Hooks and Redux, plus HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Microservices, REST APIs, JPA, Spring Boot, and Spring Security with JWT.
- GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket, MS SQL, RabbitMQ, and frontend testing tools.
- Design patterns, cloud-native engineering, DevOps, CI/CD automation, and containerization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, React, and microservices.
- Lead modernization, framework selection, cloud-native adoption, and distributed systems architecture.
- Establish engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines.
