Programme Overview
This is an 18-month fixed-term development programme for administrative and secretarial roles across various EGA departments.
Participants receive structured training and practical exposure to develop administrative support skills and competencies.
Criteria
- High School Certificate, Diploma, or relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate meetings, calendars, correspondence, and administrative activities.
Development Activities
- Complete structured training and practical exposure across EGA.
- Develop the skills and competencies required to provide effective administrative and secretarial support across functions.
