Role Details
The employer is seeking an experienced Network Development Manager for an automotive dealer group in Saudi Arabia.
The role has national responsibility for developing the company’s retail network.
The position works closely with OEM partners to support the company’s future presence, facilities, and standards.
Your Remit
- Report to the General Manager and own network planning and development across the Kingdom.
- Assess market coverage and evaluate opportunities for expansion.
- Oversee dealer performance and guide the development of new and existing facilities.
- Interact regularly with OEM regional offices in Dubai, franchise partners, and senior management.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the network and address areas requiring improvement.
- Ensure agreed retail and aftersales standards are properly implemented.
- Assess how the network should evolve as a whole rather than focusing only on individual dealerships.

- The successful candidate should be able to evaluate network opportunities, performance, facilities, and standards across the Kingdom.
