Role Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, growth, P&L, and operating performance.
- Build a profitable and scalable automotive retail business.
- Lead national expansion of the retail network.
- Develop new and pre-owned vehicle businesses.
- Increase finance penetration and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
- Increase demand, improve conversion, and accelerate inventory turn.
- Establish a leading position in modern automotive retail.
- Improve stock rotation, used-car penetration, customer retention, and sustainable profitable growth.
