Atlas Workplace Services is seeking an experienced and commercially focused National Contract Manager to lead the operational delivery of a high-profile, multi-service facilities management portfolio across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven FM leader who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding results across both Hard and Soft FM services . Working closely with key customers and internal stakeholders, you will take full ownership of service delivery, compliance, commercial performance, and strategic account development.

As National Contract Manager, you will:
Lead the operational delivery of multi-service FM contracts across a portfolio of customer estates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and operational teams.
Ensure all contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently achieved.
Drive a customer-focused culture that delivers exceptional service and continuous improvement.
Take full responsibility for the financial performance of the account portfolio, including P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and project delivery.
Oversee statutory compliance, ensuring all buildings operate safely and effectively.
Champion health, safety, and wellbeing across all sites and teams.
Produce and present management information, performance reports, and service reviews.
