The Early Career Program is for those who enjoy exchanges and negotiations and who could see themselves interacting with brokers and customers internationally.

The goal of our program is to help you build an exciting and fulfilling career at AIG.

You will have the chance to join one of our key lines: Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Multinational, Package or Claims.

In addition to the training on-the-job, you will participate in the AIG Academy, a two-year structured development program designed to support and accelerate your strengths and interests.

To help you succeed, we make sure you receive above-average remuneration, regardless of your degree.

You will be accompanied by a mentor, and you will have the chance to participate in global workshops, master classes, as well as networking events to get to know colleagues from the AIG worldwide.

You will receive a permanent employment contract.
