About the Role
Aspetar is seeking an MSK Physiotherapist in Doha to provide direct clinical care including assessment, treatment, and management of musculoskeletal patients. The role requires independent caseload management and collaboration with senior physiotherapists.

Responsibilities
- Act independently, with advice of a Senior Physiotherapist to assess, analyze and provide a clinical diagnosis for individual patients
- Plan, implement, evaluate, treat and progress patient care to maximize rehabilitation potential
- Advance treatment progression of patients with the advice of the Senior Physiotherapist as needed
- Independently manage a caseload of patients effectively and efficiently
- Examine and treat specific conditions across range of musculoskeletal situations at a proficient level
- Provide moderate input into development of assessment and treatment protocols
- Contribute to evidence based practice in the department at a proficient level
- Participate in physiotherapy and team in service training to promote personal development
- Agree on discharge planning of patients, with advice from the Senior Physiotherapist
- Maintain a proficient standard of ethical and professional behavior when treating and dealing with patients
- Participate in the departmental personal development and performance review system
- Participate in clinical audit to support the physiotherapy service clinical governance strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or equivalent required; Master's degree in physiotherapy is desired
- Registered with home country Physiotherapy Association
- Evidence of recent Continued Professional Development in Orthopaedic physiotherapy
- Minimum experience of 6 8 years in which 2 3 years should be in a similar position/responsibility, preferably in a similar industry
- Evidence of ability to manage musculoskeletal caseloads independently
- High proficiency in English language is mandatory
- Arabic will be a definitive advantage

Role Purpose
- Provide direct clinical care, which encompasses musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management of patients within the department.
Job Responsibilities
- Act independently, with advice of a Senior Physiotherapist to assess, analyze and provide a clinical diagnosis for individual patients to determine their need for physiotherapy intervention.
- Plan, implement, evaluate, treat and progress patient care to maximize rehabilitation potential.

- Independently manage a caseload of patients effectively and efficiently, utilizing the advice of a Senior Physiotherapist as needed.
- Ability to examine and treat specific conditions across range of musculoskeletal situations at a proficient level.

- Contribute to evidence based practice in the department at a proficient level (ex. Participate in protocol reviews).
- Participate in physiotherapy and team in service training to promote personal development.

- Participate in the departmental personal development and performance review system to promote personal and service development.

Job Specific Skills
- Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or equivalent required. Master's degree in physiotherapy is desired.
- Registered with home country Physiotherapy Association.
