- Architect and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions integrated with Power Platform and Azure
- Lead integration of Dynamics 365 CE with travel and tourism platforms
- Implement AI powered personalization, chatbot integration, and dynamic pricing strategies
- Ensure data governance, security, and enterprise architecture best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) with strong architectural background
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure, and Dataverse
- Strong hands on experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web APIs, and Azure Functions
- Proven track record of integrating Dynamics 365 CE with travel and tourism platforms (GDS, hotel CRMs, airline booking engines)
- Experience with AI powered personalization, chatbot integration, and dynamic pricing strategies for tourism
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and enterprise architecture
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills

Position Overview

- Shift: Sunday to Thursday.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) with strong architectural background.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure, and Dataverse.

- Strong background in enterprise integration patterns, API management, and microservices architecture.
