About the Role
MACH CONSULTANTS is seeking an experienced bilingual Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The role focuses particularly on Finance and Procure-to-Pay processes.
The consultant will translate business requirements into functional solutions and support implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Provide functional expertise across Finance and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules.
- Work with finance, procurement, and business stakeholders to improve processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user stories, and solution designs.
- Collaborate on integrations, customizations, reports, and system enhancements.
- Conduct SIT and UAT and support defect resolution.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Support implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate stakeholders to deliver project milestones.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Mandatory expertise in Finance and Procure-to-Pay modules or processes.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of financial and procurement business processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, configuration, testing, and user support.
- Ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite for the duration of the engagement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Knowledge of integrations, workflows, reporting, and system interfaces.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting technical development teams.
- Exposure to implementation or transformation projects.
- Understanding of Agile or project delivery methodologies.

- The engagement requires onsite work for its duration.
