The role requires at least five years of relevant experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, business transformation, operating model design, or related disciplines.
Certification
- TOGAF certification is described as required or strongly preferred, so the source does not clearly resolve whether it is mandatory.
- Business Architecture Guild CBA, ArchiMate, BPMN, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, and equivalent professional certifications are advantageous.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of TOGAF and business architecture concepts, including capability-based planning and value-stream modeling.
- Ability to model and analyze capabilities, services, processes, information needs, stakeholders, and organizational relationships.
- Working knowledge of ArchiMate and BPMN.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and process-modeling tools.
- Experience producing business architecture diagrams with EA tools, including OrbusInfinity, Bizzdesign, and SAP.
- Strong facilitation, analytical writing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex business information into concise, decision-ready architecture views.
Responsibilities
- Apply business architecture and enterprise architecture concepts to support business transformation and operating model design.
- Perform capability-based planning and value-stream modeling.
- Model and analyze capabilities, services, processes, information needs, stakeholders, and organizational relationships.
- Use ArchiMate, BPMN, and enterprise architecture tools for analysis and modeling.
- Produce business architecture diagrams using EA tools such as OrbusInfinity, Bizzdesign, or SAP.
- Facilitate discussions and manage stakeholder input.
- Prepare analytical written outputs and presentations.
- Translate complex business information into concise, decision-ready architecture views.
