About the Role
The employer is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Motor Insurance Sales Representative.
The role promotes motor insurance products, supports customers in selecting suitable coverage, generates sales, and maintains customer relationships.
The position operates in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- One to three years of experience in insurance sales, banking sales, financial services, automotive sales, or a related customer-facing sales role is required.
- Previous motor insurance or automotive sales experience is an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to achieve sales targets and communicate effectively.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
- Fluency in Arabic and good communication skills in English are required.
- A Qatar driving license is an advantage.

- Strong sales, persuasion, communication, negotiation, customer-service, and relationship-building skills.
