Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Integrated Art Director to interpret, conceptualize, and execute high quality artwork, video content and animations
- Manage both artwork and design tasks
- Create motion graphic videos, editing and delivering outstanding video content and animations across digital and social media platforms
- Translate business and marketing needs into creative work that is clear, compelling, visually interesting, intuitive and emotionally engaging
- Provide digital support for both online and offline initiatives (motion graphics, animations, artwork and videos)
- Adapt existing raw assets for digital deployment, tailor existing video and image assets (optimization, resizing and retouching)
- Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the team
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timelines
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in a creative agency, working on both local and global clients as a hybrid creative resource
- Design experience with an emphasis on digital and social
- Strong Adobe creative suite experience (CS InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Flash)
- Understanding of design principles and an awareness of UX, UI and Responsive Design trends
- Retouching experience and skills to mid level

Job Summary

Converting Marketing needs to motion graphics
- You will be working very closely with the Integrated Art Director to interpret, conceptualize, and execute high quality artwork, video content and animations.
- You will be part of a dedicated team, managing both artwork and design tasks.
- In this role, you will be reporting to the content strategy manager and mainly responsible for motion graphic videos, editing and delivering outstanding video content and animations across digital and social media platforms.
- Additionally you will be required to translates business and marketing needs into creative work that is clear, compelling, visually interesting, intuitive and emotionally engaging.
- You are required to provide digital support for both online and offline initiatives (motion graphics, animations, artwork and videos), adapts existing raw assets for digital deployment, tailors existing video and image assets (optimization, resizing and retouching).
- You will be working proactively under own initiative and as part of the team and will be required to effectively manages workloads within agreed timelines.
Extensive Motion Graphics Experience
- You will have excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines along with a good understanding of all digital platforms.
- You like to multitask, take initiative, work efficiently, and will enjoy working flexible when quick turnaround projects come up.
- You will have 2 3 years of experience in a creative agency, working on both local and global clients as a hybrid creative resource (through the line experience).
- You will have design experience with an emphasis on digital and social.
- A Strong Adobe creative suite experience (CS InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Flash) is necessary to be successful in this role.
- Understanding of design principles and an awareness of UX, UI and Responsive Design trends will be a preferred experience.
- You will have retouching experience and skills to mid level.
