Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics and short form video assets for paid social, organic social, digital ads, and client campaigns
- Turn briefs, scripts, hooks, and campaign ideas into clear, engaging video content
- Edit videos for campaigns, launches, enrollment initiatives, and ongoing brand storytelling
- Produce platform specific versions for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
- Apply client brand systems consistently across motion, video, and digital content
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, media buyers, and project leads to turn ideas into polished creative assets
- Take projects from brief to final delivery, incorporating feedback and keeping your work organized throughout the process
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in an agency, studio, freelance, or fast paced marketing environment
- Strong fundamentals in motion design and video editing, including pacing, rhythm, typography, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling
- A portfolio or reel showing motion graphics, video edits, social content, ads, explainers, or similar creative video work
- Good understanding of social first content and how video works across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid social
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and similar
- Openness to using AI tools, creative platforms, and asset libraries such as Higgsfield, Artlist, Envato, and similar tools where appropriate
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and improve creative work through revisions
- Good command of English, collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and clear file management

- Experience working with templates, brand systems, and recurring content formats
- Bachelor’s degree in design, motion design, video production, media, or a related field
