Responsibilities
- Create strong static visual assets for paid social, organic social, digital ads, landing pages, client campaigns, and internal marketing needs
- Turn briefs, hooks, campaign ideas, and strategic direction into clear, polished, and engaging design work
- Design performance ad creatives, social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, banners, presentation visuals, and campaign assets
- Adapt creative concepts into platform specific formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
- Apply client brand systems consistently across different assets while keeping work fresh and visually engaging
- Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, video editors, motion designers, and project leads to bring campaign ideas to life
- Take projects from brief to final delivery, incorporating feedback, preparing final files properly, and keeping work organized
- Bring a good eye for modern design trends, platform native formats, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
- Support with simple motion graphics, animated assets, or light video editing when needed (bonus)
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in an agency, studio, freelance, or fast paced marketing environment
- Strong graphic design fundamentals including typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, branding, color, visual balance, and digital first design
- A portfolio showing strong static design work such as social media graphics, paid ads, campaign visuals, carousels, landing page graphics, thumbnails, or brand led digital content
- Good understanding of social first creative and how visual content works across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and similar tools
- A good eye for modern design trends, platform native formats, strong references, and creative that feels current, clear, and engaging
- Openness to using AI tools, creative platforms, templates, and asset libraries such as Higgsfield, Envato, Artlist, and similar tools where appropriate
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and improve creative work through revisions
- Good command of English, collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and clear file management

What You Will Do
