About the Role
Think Orion is looking for a hands-on Content Creator to produce natural, engaging, platform-native content including short-form videos, UGC-style ads, and social posts for education brands.

Responsibilities
- Film yourself for UGC style ads, short form videos, talking head content, skits, reactions, explainers, and social first campaign assets
- Bring scripts, hooks, rough ideas, and campaign briefs to life in a way that feels natural, engaging, and platform native
- Create content for education brands, online programs, enrollment campaigns, founder led videos, student perspective content, and digital ads
- Write or improve simple hooks, captions, scripts, subtitles, and content angles when needed
- Produce raw footage or lightly edited videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
- Repurpose strong ideas into multiple versions, hooks, formats, or angles for testing
- Stay close to short form video trends, internet language, creator formats, and platform native storytelling
- Collaborate with strategists, editors, designers, media buyers, and project leads to turn ideas into effective campaign content
- Take feedback, re record when needed, and help improve content through revisions
Requirements
- Confidence and comfort appearing on camera
- Strong short form video instincts, including hooks, pacing, structure, subtitles, retention, and natural delivery
- Ability to speak clearly and naturally in English
- A portfolio, social profile, or sample videos showing UGC, skits, talking head content, explainers, reviews, ads, or similar short form content
- Ability to act out simple scenarios, reactions, student/customer perspectives, or promotional concepts
- Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and how content performs across social and paid platforms
- Ability to turn raw ideas, scripts, briefs, or campaign angles into clear, engaging video content
- Comfort filming clean, well lit, good quality videos using a phone, camera, or simple home setup
- Good writing instincts for hooks, captions, scripts, and simple content ideas
- Clear communication, reliability with deadlines, and willingness to take feedback
- 1–4 years of experience, or equivalent hands on, freelance, creator, acting, presenting, teaching, sales, or project based experience
