- Provide high quality professional independent mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages
- Explain required insurance products so that clients can make informed choices
- Communicate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and insurance providers
- Ensure all regulatory documentation completed within required timescale
- Attend monthly results meeting and present results in all targeted areas to Sales Manager
- Support additional income streams
- Embrace company values and promote them effectively alongside the FAM brand
- Maintain generic knowledge of the financial services industry

Overview
- The candidate will be a Mortgage Broker specializing in home loans, analyzing and comparing options to give customers the most suitable loan for their financial circumstances.
- The candidate will be a support function for the real estate agents of Fam Properties by helping their clients meet their financing goals.
Responsibilities
- Meeting performance targets
- Ability to prospect and organize meetings
- Fact find effectively to establish the client’s current finances and future aspirations.
- Provide high quality professional independent mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
- Explain required insurance products so that clients can make informed choices.
- Communicate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and insurance providers.
- Ensure all regulatory documentation completed within the required timescale

- Support additional income streams
