Prepares the daily and weekly shift schedules to meet the schedule requirements and ensures proper running of equipment for the full targeted output.
Job Requirements
- Establishing new process parameters for mold start-ups, processing molds with complex start-up procedures, and providing suggestions to the engineering department.
- Identifying the improvements, recommending inputs to optimize the process, and employing industry best practices.
- Monitoring the inspection of molded products, inspecting the products as per the quality inspection plan, and documenting them as per the standard guidelines and procedures.
- Coaching and training newer employees to enhance their skills, providing effective direction, and supporting them to achieve the goals and targets related to production.
What your background should look like
Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
