About the Role
AS CORP is hiring a full-time, on-site Mobilization Coordinator based in Saudi Arabia to manage end-to-end document processing for candidate mobilization and onboarding. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and candidates to collect and process all necessary legal documents
- Provide continuous support to clients regarding queries, applications, and procedures
- Manage multiple candidates' document processing cycles and maintain accurate status updates
- Connect candidates with designated channel partners to streamline mobilization
- Prepare and submit weekly status reports to company management and clients
- Ensure strict adherence to client requirements and reporting deadlines
- Collaborate with Accounts team for invoice submission and payment collection
- Liaise with GRO team to facilitate efficient document processing
- Assist in preparing reports on issued documents and payment statuses
- Identify and suggest creative solutions to enhance service delivery
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of client and candidate information
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Mobilization Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in mobilization, onboarding, or recruitment processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving capabilities

Role Description
