Responsibilities
- Manage day to day administrative operations of the office
- Handle correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and official communications
- Maintain and organize company records, employee files, contracts, and corporate documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts
- Support HR administration including attendance monitoring, leave management, employee records, and onboarding
- Coordinate with external service providers, banks, government entities, and business partners
- Assist with company license renewals, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
Requirements
- Accounting qualification from a recognized University
- Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)

- Seeking a proactive and detail oriented Administrative & Accounts Executive to support operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Responsible for office administration, financial activities, coordination with government platforms, and compliance.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage day to day administrative operations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and official communications.
- Maintain and organize company records, employee files, contracts, and corporate documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
- Support HR administration including attendance monitoring, leave management, employee records, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with external service providers, banks, government entities, and business partners.
- Assist with company license renewals, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local Saudi regulations.
- Support management with operational and administrative projects.
Accounting & Finance Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Process petty cash transactions and employee expense reimbursements.
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination.
- Monitor customer collections and supplier payments.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, cash flow summaries, and management reports.
- Maintain organized accounting records for audits.
- Assist with VAT compliance, tax filings, and statutory reporting in Saudi Arabia.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
- Accounting qualification from a recognized University.
- Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
