Mobile Technical Supervisor

Midlands & South of England | Mobile Role | Full Time

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Mobile Technical Supervisor to support a portfolio of sites across the Midlands and South of England .

You'll lead engineering teams, oversee maintenance activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple locations.

Supervising engineers and subcontractors across a regional portfolio

Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities

Ensuring health & safety and statutory compliance

Supporting client relationships and service excellence

Driving technical improvements and identifying opportunities for additional works

Experience in a Technical Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, or Lead Engineer role

Strong electrical or mechanical building services background

Previous FM and multi-site experience preferred

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Full UK driving licence
