About the Role
Loycom FZCO is seeking a Mobile Phone Supervisor to lead a team of sales representatives and technicians in a Dubai Free Zone store. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring sales performance, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff and customer service representatives
- Monitor daily sales performance and work toward achieving sales targets
- Assist customers with mobile phone purchases, upgrades, accessories, and service inquiries
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure accurate cash handling and point of sale transactions
- Monitor store appearance and maintain company standards
- Prepare sales reports and submit performance updates to management
- Coordinate with suppliers and distributors regarding stock availability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and security procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in mobile phone sales, retail, or telecommunications
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of smartphones, mobile plans, accessories, and related technology

Job Summary
- The Mobile Phone Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales representatives and technicians, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining product availability, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
