Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mobile phone repairs and refurbishment services.
• Cutting
• Cleaning
• Frame work
• Pressing
• Glass replacement
• BL (Backlight) replacement
• Diagnose hardware and software faults accurately.
• Disassemble and reassemble iPhone devices safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair common mobile phone hardware issues.
• Replace damaged components including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and flex cables.
• Test devices after repair to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and repair workspace.
• Follow company repair procedures and quality standards.
• Handle customer devices responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Keep records of repairs, parts used, and completed jobs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile phone repair or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mobile phone diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Experience in:
• Glass replacement
• Frame alignment and repair
• Backlight repair
• Screen refurbishing processes
• Ability to disassemble and reassemble iPhone devices confidently.
• Familiarity with common hardware issues and repair techniques.
• Previous experience as an iPhone Repair Technician or Service Centre Technician is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Responsible, self-organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
