Job Summary
Fixsquad is hiring an experienced Level 3 Mobile Phone Repair Technician in Dubai.
The role specializes in advanced motherboard troubleshooting, micro-soldering, and IC replacements across major smartphone brands, including Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform Level 3 board-level repairs on iOS and Android smartphones.
- Perform comprehensive quality testing to ensure repaired devices meet service standards.
- Document repair notes, manage spare parts inventory, and handle components responsibly.
- Provide clear, professional support for walk-in customers.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of proven hands-on experience in Level 3 smartphone and mobile board-level repair.
- Strong diagnostic and micro-soldering skills for mobile motherboards.
- Good communication and customer service skills in English.
- Ability to work independently under repair turnaround deadlines and within a team environment.
