Fixsquad is hiring two experienced Level 3 Laptop Repair Technicians to join its team in Dubai.
The technicians will perform advanced motherboard troubleshooting, circuit tracing, schematic reading, BGA reballing, and chip-level soldering.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform Level 3 board-level repairs on MacBooks and Windows laptops.
- Perform component-level motherboard diagnostics, power IC replacements, short-circuit clearing, and BGA rework.
- Carry out BIOS flashing, display and GPU troubleshooting, IO port repairs, and liquid damage recovery.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for hardware stability and thermal performance before releasing repaired units.
- Document diagnostic findings, manage micro-component inventory, and keep repair logs current.
- Assist corporate clients and walk-in customers at high-traffic mall service counters when required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Level 3 laptop and MacBook motherboard chip-level repair.
- Strong skills in reading schematics, boardviews, and using micro-soldering tools, heat guns, and DC power supplies.
- Solid English communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be currently located in the UAE or available for immediate practical testing.
